A fine Regency convex “Butler” mirror in a Chinese design with original mirror glass and ebony slip. Bright and vibrant gilt gesso frame as shown, restored professionally using gold leaf. Of large proportions, this stunning statement piece came from a wonderfully furnished Kensington home and was possibly produced by eminent mirror maker Thomas Fentham & Co of The Strand, London.
